About DVUN
What is DVUN?
DVUN is an AI infrastructure hardware supplier. We source, configure, and deliver GPU servers, networking equipment, storage, and facility infrastructure for organizations building serious AI compute — from startups to enterprises to GPU cloud providers.
Where does DVUN source hardware from?
DVUN maintains relationships across the global AI hardware supply chain. We source from authorized distributors, OEM partners, and verified secondary market channels worldwide. Every component is verified for authenticity and quality before it ships.
Does DVUN only sell to large enterprises?
No. DVUN works with organizations of all sizes — from AI startups buying their first GPU server to enterprises deploying multi-rack infrastructure. We don't have minimum order requirements that exclude smaller buyers.
Does DVUN ship internationally?
Yes. DVUN has global sourcing and shipping capabilities. Contact us for specific country availability and shipping timelines.
Hardware & Procurement
How do I get a quote?
Submit a quote request through our Request a Quote page, or talk to an expert directly. We typically respond within a few hours for standard configurations.
How accurate are your lead times?
We only quote lead times we're confident in. If something is in stock, we'll tell you. If it has a lead time, we'll give you a realistic estimate based on current supply chain conditions — not an optimistic number to win the order.
Can I buy a single GPU server, or do I need to buy in bulk?
You can buy a single unit. DVUN doesn't require bulk purchases. We work with customers buying one server and customers buying full racks.
Do you sell used or refurbished hardware?
DVUN primarily sells new hardware. In some cases, we can source certified refurbished equipment from verified channels. This will always be clearly disclosed in your quote.
Compatibility & Technical
How do I know if the hardware I'm buying is compatible with my existing infrastructure?
DVUN includes a compatibility check as part of our standard quoting process for complex configurations. For more detailed compatibility assessment, our Compatibility Advisory service provides a thorough review of your planned hardware stack.
Do you provide driver and software support?
DVUN provides hardware-level support and compatibility guidance. For software and driver issues, we can point you to the right resources and, in some cases, provide advisory support through our services team.
Can you help me design the right hardware configuration for my workload?
Yes. Our Solution Design service provides a custom hardware architecture recommendation based on your specific workload, budget, and deployment constraints.
Warranty & Support
What warranty coverage comes with DVUN hardware?
Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. All hardware sold by DVUN includes manufacturer warranty coverage. Extended warranty and support options are available — ask your account contact for details.
What happens if hardware arrives damaged?
Contact DVUN immediately. We document all shipments and work with you to resolve damage claims quickly. Don't discard packaging until the issue is resolved.
