Quote Request Status
If you've submitted a quote request, you should receive an acknowledgment from DVUN within a few hours during business hours. If you haven't heard back within one business day, please follow up directly.
- Standard configurations — Typically quoted within 2-4 hours during business hours.
- Complex or custom configurations — May require 1 business day for a complete quote, particularly if global sourcing research is required.
- Bulk / project sourcing — Initial acknowledgment within a few hours; full proposal typically within 1-2 business days depending on complexity.
Order Status
For orders that have been confirmed and are in process, DVUN provides status updates at key milestones: order confirmation, sourcing confirmation, shipment notification, and delivery confirmation. If you need a status update on an active order, contact your DVUN account contact directly or reach out through our contact page.
