DVUN's supply chain philosophy starts from this premise: the organizations we serve deserve a hardware supply chain they can trust completely.
Verified Sourcing Only
Every component DVUN sources goes through a verification process before it reaches a customer. We source from authorized distributors, OEM partners, and verified secondary market channels — and we document the provenance of every significant component. We do not source from unverified channels, regardless of price or availability pressure.
If we can't verify it, we don't sell it.
Transparency Over Convenience
The AI hardware supply chain is complex and often opaque. Lead times shift. Inventory appears and disappears. Prices fluctuate. DVUN's commitment is to give customers an accurate picture of supply chain reality — even when that reality is inconvenient. We tell you what's actually in stock, what the real lead time is, and what the risks are for constrained components.
We'd rather lose an order than mislead a customer about what they're getting.
