Warranty Coverage
- Manufacturer Warranty — All hardware sold by DVUN includes the manufacturer's standard warranty. We provide full documentation of warranty terms at time of purchase.
- Warranty Management — DVUN acts as your single point of contact for warranty claims. We manage the process with manufacturers on your behalf, so you're not navigating multiple vendor support queues.
- Extended Warranty Options — Extended warranty coverage is available for most hardware categories. Ask your account contact for options and pricing.
- On-Site Warranty Service — For qualifying deployments, on-site warranty service can be arranged to minimize downtime from hardware failures.
RMA & Replacement Support
- RMA Processing — DVUN handles RMA initiation and coordination with manufacturers. We aim to have replacement hardware in transit within 24-48 hours of a confirmed failure for in-stock components.
- Advance Replacement — For critical deployments, advance replacement options are available — replacement hardware ships before the failed unit is returned.
- DOA Handling — Dead-on-arrival hardware is handled as a priority. Contact DVUN immediately and we'll expedite replacement.
Technical Advisory Support
- Post-Deployment Advisory — Ongoing access to DVUN's technical team for questions about your deployed infrastructure — configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting guidance.
- Performance Issues — If your hardware isn't performing as expected, DVUN can help diagnose whether the issue is hardware, configuration, or software.
